Born in British Guyana, South America, Clarence migrated to the U.S. in 1982 after graduating from DeVry with an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.  

Clarence Lildharrie formed Certified Alarm Tech Systems in 

1992, and since then has been providing unparalleled security and fire alarm service to the NYC Metro and greater Tri-State Area.
